This site is about WinSpin, and it is put together by the WinSpin US Desk, a small editorial group that works on brand guides for players in the United States. We cover the sign-up route, the cashier, the mobile build and the terms that sit behind the welcome package.

Every page starts with the operator's own site and the program terms that sit behind the offer. We read them, write the page, then read it again a week later with fresh eyes. When something changes, the page changes with it. If a reader spots a mistake, the note goes to the same desk that wrote the page, and we fix it. That loop is set out in how we review. Who writes here

Three people do most of the writing. Each one owns a set of pages and signs off on them.

Mara Ellison runs the desk. She writes the bonus and terms pages, which means she spends her time on wagering rules, the minimum deposit and the promo code field at sign-up. She has covered online casino brands since the early 2010s and reads a terms page before she reads a lobby.

Devon Pryce handles payments and the cashier. He writes about deposits, withdrawals, the crypto routes and the limits that apply to each. He tests the cashier flow on a desktop browser and on a phone, and he keeps the payment pages in step with what the cashier actually shows.

Ines Kovač covers games and mobile. She writes about slots such as Book of Dead from Play'n GO, Release the Kraken from Pragmatic Play and Fu Cai Shen from Booongo, plus the live and table side where Texas Hold'em Bonus sits. She also checks how the lobby behaves on a small screen.

What each page covers

The desk splits the site by job. A reader who wants to know how to get in reads one page. A reader who wants to know how to get paid reads another.

Bonus pages explain the welcome package, the wagering that comes with it and the code you type at sign-up. Payment pages list the methods, the limits and the time each route takes. Game pages describe titles and studios. The login and mobile pages walk through the steps on a phone. No page tries to do all of it at once, because a page that tries to do everything ends up doing nothing well.

Where a topic belongs to more than one page, the desk links across instead of repeating itself. That keeps a single page short and keeps the detail in one place.

How a page gets updated

Pages carry a checked date. When the date is old, the page goes back into the queue.

The desk re-reads the operator's site, compares it with the page, and edits whatever has moved. A change to the bonus terms or the minimum deposit triggers a rewrite of the affected section on the same day. A change to a payment method triggers a check of the cashier pages. Small edits, such as a corrected studio name or a reworded sentence, go live without a note. Larger edits, where the meaning of a section shifts, get a line at the foot of the page saying what changed and when.

We keep the working notes for each page, so a later edit can see why an earlier one was made. That matters most on terms pages, where a single word can change what a reader has to do before a withdrawal.

Corrections

If a page here is wrong, tell us. Send the page address and the sentence you think is off, and the desk will look at it.

We answer corrections in the order they arrive. A factual error gets fixed first. A wording complaint gets read and weighed. When we change a page after a reader note, we say so in the note at the foot of that page. That is the whole process, and it has not changed since the desk started.

The desk treats the welcome package as a set of terms first and a headline second, so the wagering rules and the minimum deposit are read before anything else.
What the desk checks on every offer page

The sign-up route, the cashier, the mobile build and the terms that sit behind the offer are all read against the operator's own site before a page goes live.
